Thank you very much for you interest in assistance from the Cops Care Cancer Foundation. Below is a list of the general guidelines regarding the application process. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

• Recipients must be diagnosed with at least one form of cancer.
• Recipients must be under the age of 18 at the time of application.
• It is not necessary for the recipient to be a child or relative of law enforcement, however, priorty is given to those who are.
• The applicant may apply for any type of assistance (e.g. monetary assistance for rent or utilities, toys for birthdays or the Holidays, items for comfort while at the hospital, etc.)
• Applications are reviewed at each Board of Directors meeting.
• Applicants will be notified of the results of their application following the next subsequent Board of Directors meeting after their application was received.
• You may apply once every 30 days.
